Discover this lovely statue of Lillie Roadrunner, sixties pin-up. Mischievous with her chewing-gum bubble, she is perched on her barrel and observes a race of racing cars in the American desert plains, stopwatch in hand. It is the mascot of our site www.attakus.art and you can also find it everywhere in illustration. Fane was inspired by her Streamliner universe to create this charming little pin-up from scratch. That's why you've never seen her before

‘Fane
After studying Graphic Arts, 'Fane joined a small advertising agency at the age of 19 where he met Bar2 with whom he befriended. Then he launched into comics with Skud, a science fiction album, and two illustration books on the biker spirit. It is quite naturally to him that Bar2 and Vents d'Ouest entrust the continuation of the Joe Bar Team. He produced volumes 2, 3 and 4 by creating new characters while continuing to bring the old ones to life, imposing his style and humor.
He has since created the Calagan – Rallye Raid series, of which he produced volume 1 with Perna and Fontenay, and offered a hilarious Précis de Bonne Conduite with the same Perna. After Bar2's big comeback for volume 5, 'Fane takes over the handlebars and engages in volume 6. He has since published Petites Éclipses with Jim in 2007, Le Collection des Chroniques de Tunny Head in 2008, Gemma T1 in 2009 (the volume 2 will be published in 2010) and Abe' & Lagribouille with Juan in 2010. He then participated in the collection "Les Univers de Stefan Wul" in 2015 at Ankama editions for a dive into the science fiction universe of this prolific author. In 2017, he began the diptych Streamliner and returned in a roundabout way to drawing oiled mechanics. In 2019, he published with Hope one, his first series still in progress at Comix Buro.
