Of the same species as Master Yoda, Grogu is an initiate of the Jedi Order, trained by the greatest.
Present at the Jedi Temple in Coruscant during the execution of Order 66, he was mysteriously evacuated from the building to avoid being killed by Darth Vader or a clone of the 501st Legion. For many years, he remained hidden from the Imperials, forgetting the ways of the Force and the Jedi as taught by his masters.
Unable to communicate by word of mouth, carried from one side to the other, Grogu's name was gradually lost, and the people guarding him came to call him "The Child".

Din Djarin, "The Mandalorian" est un chasseur de prime, vivant à l’époque de la chute de l’Empire et de la Nouvelle République. Trouvé par des Mandaloriens lorsqu’il était enfant, il fut recueilli et élevé selon le code de ces guerriers vivant sur Mandalore, avant de devenir chasseur de primes après la période impériale. Comme tout guerrier mandalorien, il est reconnaissable à son casque caractéristique, ainsi qu’à son armure évolutive composée de prime abord d’un agglomérat de pièces d’armure remplacé ensuite par une nouvelle armure et une cuirasse en beskar.
